bos228 supports deposits through major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), and Bank Mandiri. We also accept deposits via Indonesian e-wallets including OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours, though some delays may occur due to bank processing times or technical issues outside our control.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. You confirm that all funds deposited into your bos228 account are from legitimate sources and do not derive from any illegal activity.
Withdrawals can be requested at any time through your account dashboard. To process a withdrawal, you must first complete identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 4.2. Before you can withdraw deposited funds, you must meet minimum wagering requirements. Typically, you must wager your deposit amount at least one time (1x turnover) before the funds become eligible for withdrawal. This requirement helps prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as detailed in Section 6.
bos228 offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
Unless otherwise specified, bonuses cannot be withdrawn immediately and are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the amount you must bet before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw.
Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses. Different games contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements - typically, slot games contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less (often 10-20%).
Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Exceeding these limits may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Bonus terms also specify the validity period - bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified timeframe will expire.
bos228 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus if we suspect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other Players to exploit bonuses. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended and all funds forfeited.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect bonuses already credited to Player accounts, which will remain subject to their original terms.
All bets placed on bos228 are subject to acceptance by our platform. We reserve the right to refuse any bet or limit bet sizes at our discretion. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player.
In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, we reserve the right to void the affected bets. If a bet is voided, your stake will be returned to your account.
Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body or data provider. For football matches, results are based on the final score after 90 minutes of play plus any injury time, unless otherwise specified (e.g., bets specifically on extra time or penalties).
If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will typically be voided unless the match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours. Specific rules may vary by sport and bet type and are available in the betting rules section.
When placing live bets (in-play betting), please note that odds change rapidly based on the current state of the match or event. There may be a short delay between your bet submission and acceptance due to technical processing. The odds at the time your bet is accepted will be the odds applied to your wager.
bos228 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types or events. These limits are specified in the betting rules for each sport or game category. In cases where a winning bet would exceed the maximum payout, winnings will be capped at the maximum amount.

We are not liable for errors in displayed information, though we will correct errors when identified and void affected bets if necessary.
Our platform may integrate with third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and data providers. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of these third-party services. Any issues with third-party services should be directed to the respective provider.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. bos228 is not liable for any losses you incur while using our platform. You are responsible for your own betting decisions and should only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
In no event shall bos228's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the platform exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account during the 12 months preceding the claim.
bos228 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, or if required by law or regulatory authorities.
If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals until the investigation is complete. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, your account will be reinstated and any legitimate funds will remain available.
